A session is a 24-hour window with one customer. Every message inside it is unlimited — text, voice, images, files — and it still counts as a single session. If the customer returns after 24 hours of inactivity, a new session begins.
Each plan includes a monthly session allowance. Past it, extra sessions bill at your plan's rate — from $0.09 per session, falling as the plan grows. Service is never cut off and there are no surprises.
Rddad answers your customers on public channels, so it is priced per session — each session is a conversation handled on your behalf. The systems agent serves your managers internally, answering from your own systems, so it is priced by users and connected systems rather than by questions asked.
From your material only: PDFs, your website, FAQs, and any document you approve. The agent does not invent answers — if it does not know, it says so plainly or hands the conversation to a person.
